This job market is tough but you are built to last.

I've worked in sports a little over 8 years now and I can pretty much say I've seen it all. I've had to work my way up from an intern at the Baltimore Ravens to living in Green Bay and working for the Packers as a Digital UX Coordinator, moving to Houston to revamp the Texans' digital platforms, and now living in NYC as Director at a sports agency. I'm not going to lie, this journey has not been easy. I've questioned my worth, had to move to a city where I was the only black woman, been laid off, and had to figure it out again. One thing I've learned is that with faith, the right strategy, proper preparation and the right people in your corner, anything is possible.
